I have a NZ doe that I am keeping as an addition to my breeding stock (backyard meat operation). She is 14 weeks. Her siblings have all gone to freezer camp as of this week. Up to this point she has had free choice feed along with the other meat rabbits. She is a little over 6 lbs.

I won't be breeding her until about April 1. Suggestions as to when I should start treating her as my other adult rabbits and rationing her feed vs. giving her all she wants since she is still growing?

If they don't get sent to freezer camp, then they go on rationed feed. I butcher mine when they hit 5lbs.
