Why are my goats eyes oozing

My 2 year old nigerian dwarf bucks eyes are swollen red and oozing badly . is this a sign of something worse or is it just an eye infection and if so what would the best route to curing it be? He doesn't have any other apparent signs of sickness

Have you looked into pink eye?

LA 200- drops of it right in the eye, 3-4 times a day. Works well on Pink eye and a few other issues.
