My whopping experience with triplets is one set from earlier this year (I am soooo still a newbie - but loving it and learning). They all nursed well, the ewe was not a first timer and had a bag that would almost rival a cow ;) ). I expected them to be smaller and eventually catch up. Sold the...
Your grazing season is ending and mine is about to begin (once we get some of our fall rain). Too funny - my sheep get mad and hunger strike (as much as they can, because well they are sheep) when I put them in a dry brown pasture.
Ah! OK Gotcha on that. My last set of triplets early this year - to a different ewe - all survived and I thought thrived. Though when compared to twins they were smaller. Even now, the ewe out of that set is smaller. So - wondering for future, bottle feed at least one no matter what?? Or just...

Of course a crystal ball would be really nice ---Ree-ly ;) nice. (I have sooo much fun with Ree's name!)
It's been awhile since I posted. I've been in deep with the puppies. My thing with them is to give them the absolute best start I can before they go off to their new homes. That means at least something new everyday. People, things, kids, training, etc.
They have had almost a week of leash...
