We have a VERY poor selection of goat feed here. I am on the fence about what to feed my milking does and baby goats. All my goats get Sweetlix MM Minerals, calf manna, copper bolus and the does get BOSS.
The first one is the one I would like to switch to.
1. Does anyone see anything obviously...
Are there any other animals in their pen that could bite them? It looks almost like small horse bites that I've seen on our horses when they bite each other.
We were finally able to find another LGD pup down here in Southern California! They are located 5 hours away from us but the owners father is willing to meet us closer! Woo hoo! :celebrate I've talked to the owner extensively and we have finally put down our deposit on a new baby female...
The does are very pretty! :D

Hi B,
Sorry I kept meaning to get back to you, yes you did send me the info on the rattlesnake aversion training, it's a great idea. I've seen signs all over town for it here, so we're going to call them and get a price quote after we get our new baby girl. It'd be a great idea, especially...

I think they will make a cute "couple", lol, and hopefully a great working team. :D
Yes, maybe puppies in a few years, since they are SO hard to find down here, there may be a need for them. :)
LOVE that idea! I'd love to pick her out a nice Turkish name! Though I don't want to actually name her beforehand, it'd be good to have some names lined up! Thanks for the link!!! :clap
And yes there will be LOTS of pics! ;) :D

I have heard of people start using them at 6 months, but I have heard more reliably at 8 months. It could vary though by person and animal.
Here the bucks are in rut sept-nov or so.
