Just wanted to say good luck, this sounds really difficult. Keep working with her and I hope she pulls through. Banamine is a pain killer so it might do some good. Maybe her legs are painful so if you give her the shot to relieve the pain she'll be more willing to stand?
I use bleach on cages in small amounts and have had no problems. I just make sure that I'm outside where it's well ventilated, and then I leave the cage in the sun to dry.
You're only supposed to give another shot if they have never been given a CD/T before. The second would be the booster shot, 3-4 weeks later like it should say on the bottle. I've never heard of giving the shot again in such a short amount of time for any other reason.
Sorry about your loss. It depends on how much milk you want and how much she'll give you. If you don't want milk, you can just not milk her and she will dry up. A lot of people only milk once a day. I milk twice a day because my nubians produce a lot of milk and they become uncomfortable and...

I know you said you don't want bedding all over, but when our pile gets too big, we flatten the pile out with the tractor and spread it all over. The bedding and manure decomposes and grass is growing in its place within a couple of months.
No cause for worry. This has always happened to my does after breeding and it lasts awhile for the discharge to go away completely. I think it is just because they are coming out of the heat that they were bred during.
