what's the usual amount? is it based on weight of baby? i also have another baby who was born about a wk after but who's bigger b/c ole little man is well, just little (his momma is lttle :)) and luckily they are still at breeder momma's, we just are able to spend time there luckily and spend...
i'm new to raising as well but for the main question-just to have one goat? its not recommended...not something i would do either b/c they are "herd" animals but we've been pricing things out and its not a huge difference having 1 goat or 2? We've just had our 1st two boys born and our breeder...
Our 1st goat was born the 4th...our little Wendal and NOW brother Wiley is here!!! He looks like a little cow! :lol: ISn't he fabulous! LOVE his little markings! He looks alot like his daddy :)
