few more things to do and the trusses are almost ready to go up and we'll be in business!
Any tips on the inside on where things should go? The other side of the barn will be closed in too but we were just doing the "boys" side so we knew it was ready asap to get them home!

That looks really good.

One suggestion...if you're going to water them w/ a bucket, try to hang it above 'butt' level. Goats seem to be masters of pooping in their water. I like to hang it high and then put a block nearby they can stand on their front legs to reach the water.

Thanks so much for the suggestion! That's a great idea! We'll definetly do that! There little yet anyways so I'd rather them have to reach for water then fall in :/ lol...

and yes, Chester the 15 yr old bassett just might be sleeping with the "babies" too it looks like...;)

Thanks Goatherd! I can only accept the fact that I bugged my husband to death to build it...not the actual work :p he's the wood genius...haha! BUT, he's getting a small shed on the other side of it too so he can't complain too much :p It was a win/win...lol
