I'm in Maine. I purchase square Timothy bales. 1st cutting bales are about 4ft and 40lbs at $4 per. Second crop (green green soft grass) is about 50 lbs (same size) and $5 per bale.

Thanks Bronco,
I did run down the list of causes in my head...which is why/how I narrowed it down to the hay being a possibility, as it was the only thing left that could be ify.
My QH seems to have had this pass now, thank goodness.
The day I posted I bought a few bags of Dengi Hi-Fi...
Thanks,
That's what the gatorade powder is...electrolites.

Diarrhea a bit with my QH mare. Stool is softer but not totally off normal, just some liquid running down her leg after a movement.
Mini's had one or two less solid piles...kinda looking like a cow pie. The rest was normal.

I use a product called Woody Pet. It's from Canada, and I've used it for 10 years. I started using it in the stable I managed in MA, because we had such a fly issue. Worked wonders!
Woody pet is a pellet, it contains a deodorant that flies hate...no flies in your stall, and no amonia...
I think it would be fine for the goats. As long as they all get along (previous post).
I thought you mentioned a mini too though? That might be a bit difficult, there might be more of a pecking order issue...just keep a close eye... good luck!
