Hi everyone!!! Seriously lagging on posts. After the move, and new job managing a herd of over 100head, we also GREATLY grew ourselves!!! And our little girl now is 18months old! Been a very busy busy year!

Our kidding season began Halloween, and we have our final doe in early labor today.... at last count, we had 12 doelings and 9 bucklings!!! We also purchased 1 outside polled buckling, and 1 outside Moonspotted doeling.

I will continue posting until everyone is updated. Be prepared for a very high dose of cuteness, and possibly and "adoeable" overload!!!

Stay tuned <3

I was just looking at your old kidding thread today and wondering when you'd have a new one! I have two Fainting goats (twin sisters), one of them is due to kid early April. The other one might be due May 16th, we'll just have to wait and see if she develops an udder. ;)

All that to say, Fainting goats are the best! :weee

I'd love to see pictures of your goat kids! Especially the new Moonspotted doeling.... I just ADORE moon spots on goats. :love

Yes yes yes, we are here and very excited to share. So i will start with our first pairing, Bambi (our most decorated and champion doe) who was paired with Sonny (our most decorated and champion buck). Sonny joined the herd last spring, after much begging to purchase him. He and our #1 buck Magnum are instant bff and thier 200lb+ selves!!

Kids came quick. Bambi is an amazing kidder and dam. As much as i wanted to retain both kids, we DID retain Merida, and Mordu went to a show home locally! Have already have had a couple judges praise and state the anticipation of seeing Merida in the ring <3 20150607_121644.jpg 20151212_063749.jpg 20151212_064546.jpg

Next up we have Fantasy, who kidded a full month later to the day. Bambi was our only doe that took on her first "date"... for those of you who remember, Fantasy gave us triplet bucks last year. Fantasy was also bred to Sonny. She gave us our first twin doeling pair! It was also Fantasys first twin doelings, along with the first does she has had since our Marilyn in 2011! Fantasy had a longer labor, but no issues or problems. Aside from being SUPER tired, it was a perfect delivery. Deja Vu already went to her new home, and the member of a beautiful starter herd. Dreamer is retained, and is also built like a tank, and polled!
