I almost thought the tester was bad.
I definitely don't have 30 miles of fencing to put up but it may be closed depending on how many wires I end up having in the end once I can get all the grass and brush cleared from my fence Rows.
And it is a zareba 30-mile AC powered plug-in unit

As far as I know, Zareba has never made a 30 mile AC charger.
25 or 50 but not 30, .....not that a measly 5 miles makes any big difference to an electron..
