Kauri ramling is a very sleepy fellow, but he does actually get up & nurse!

Differences in sheep breeds...interesting. Meat, fiber, milk, pet and you have entirely different marketing goals and prospects. It's true with many species but, seems pretty wide/multi with sheep.

Kauri & ramling went out today.

Took down more jug panels, only two left standing. Still waiting on the stragglers to lamb or not, and waiting on test kits to arrive.


And got samples from the new ewes for codon testing. Need to get samples from the ewelings I'm keeping & then ship them all off together.



Hmm, maybe tomorrow the new bale will go in.
