2023, Waiting on Lambs!

So dang hot out.
Mowed further to the pond. Wanting to fence in some water for both pastures so I don't need to worry about if I watered them or not or left the hose on again...lol

Got 6 posts laid out before the heat of them made me stop. Forgot gloves. Then unrolled the previous left over fencing out.

There won't be any shade in this one for several years. I'll have to drag over the little carport to give them something.

Should be done this weekend...maybe.

Darn clouds kept parting and not shading at all.

Got the previous tposts laid in place and a few pounded in. Will need at least 10 more.

Idk how, but the baby is holding up a rear leg. Didn't feel a break. Will watch it as any vet call will be an emergency call, since one vet is booked until the 13th & the other is unreachable for normal service. fml

Working on the top row of tposts. Sweating like a waterfall. I think I don't breathe enough...is that a thing?

Got posts in until the dip before the sloping corner by the pond. Mowed another path and further over the corner. Rolled one of the fence rolls up the hill to where other fence ended. Can unroll it tomorrow and see how far it goes. Had to quit when the fireworks started to cage the dog.

200 freaking bucks for the certificate of veterinary inspection.

Hope the buyer coughs up the dough. And new tag, hope she doesn't loose it....She looses all of her tags.

Limping lamb is using her leg more today, even scratched her face with it. So, hopefully not a break, but a sprain.

Propped up the one roll of fencing, got three posts in. Need to find & move posts and the other roll up the hill.

Got 14 tposts up, need a few more to finish. Need to trim the pond bank. More mowing, hard to go straight when hill pushes you down. Need like 100ft more of fencing to be done. Ugh
