2yr old Nigerian with intermittent scours

Hi guys,

My 2 yr old Nigerian Wether keeps coming down with intermittent scours. Not super bad, but bad enough that his butt area gets black. He eats dry hay with his 3 other buddies (3 girls) all the same age from the same herd.

I give him Vanilla Kaopectate 2x a day, and he usually is back to normal in about a week or so. Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

No, but I guess that should be my next step? He's been fine for about three weeks, then I noticed he started again a few days ago...
