Weaning: I'd drop the afternoon bottle first. Hopefully she will start getting more hungry between feeds and be more interested in eating food. Is she with other goats? They eat sooner when they have another goat to watch and copy. My dam raised babies always eat way sooner than the bottle babies because if this- even though the bottle babies are with the goats during the day.

After week I'd drop the morning bottle. Also, if she's small or had a rough start giving milk longer isn't a bad idea at all. Since we have tons of milk I feed most bottle babies until 12 weeks (2 bottles) and some of our full sized goats have had bottles once a day until 6 months since we had some sickness going around our herd and wanted to keep them eating and hydrated through it.

Drop the evening bottle last- but make sure she's eating first.

Today is the day the baby goes down to one bottle. She is eating hay very well but doesn't touch the bit of grain I put in with her. I'm assuming this isn't necessarily a bad thing.

On another note...we got 2 more goats! We got a pair of mini-Nubians (brothers) pretty cheap and couldn't pass it up. Both are wethered. I'll try and get pics up.
