She looks like she's wondering where she went wrong in life to be stuck with the kitten. 🤣😅

Pen is here!
It's roughly in place. Bolts need tightening, but my pliers are MIA... 😑
Now to figure out what to cover either the top or lift and cover the bottom to make it fully enclosed. Hmmm.
Then attach the netting to keep cat in, in case she tries to squeeze through. Maybe buy 2ft heavy duty net or chicken or cage wire for that top gap? Hmmm. There's enough cheap netting to cover the gap, too.

The old cat misses going outside, so I'm sure she'll be so happy to get to go out again. Not fully in a yard like before but the next best thing.
I have one small pot already up on the deck. One big one to bring up and fill. Then use old pond liner and wood to make big, shallow containers for just grasses for them.

I think I'll buy 1×1" cage wire and use that along the top. It'd be the easiest way to do it.
Moved the small and big pots into the catio. Need to mix and add more compost. Then I can see about what to plant into them.
Chair moved in. Will use old greenhouse shelves for cat shelves/tower to start. Will get more cheap outdoor mats for shelf tops and straw doormats for them to mess with. Hopefully find trees to cut and put in to be cattrees. Will check if any of my translucent roof panels are left. If so, they'll go along the railing to block wind, snow and rain some.
Doesn't look too bad from outside.
