I’ve had sheep several years and I’ve discovered that a lot of serious illnesses have one or two far less serious conditions with identical symptoms. Testing definitely gives you peace of mind.

Kruelz/Cruels - I’ve seen it spelled both ways. I have bull nettle left over from dirt work and fading fast, horse nettle also on the decline (killing it w vinegar, salt water, veg oil combination -salad dressing) cactus and spear grass. So I have a couple of cases going all summer. Nearly always middle aged ewes weaning. Never younger sheep or rams of any age. Go figure.
