We Have goats and poultry, no sheep. The name is decieving...we are the Lambs. (Mr. n Mrs.!) The name is kind of a joke, because we are always busy and may never actually get lambs, more goats n pigs are on the list. I've read up on what they should be fed during pregnancy and lactation but I keep seeing varying answers depending on their breed. given what I've read so far it sounds like that I'm giving them the correct amount of feed based on their weight along with the unlimited hay and alfalfa treats so that way I don't have to worry about him getting into the alfalfa hay but it's when or if I need to move her because there's only two goats right now and he's the dwarf and she's the mini Nubian... And it's more how to tell when she's in labor other pregnancy signs then the basic round belly and others dropping and personality changes, plus how to help her kid if she needs help.
