Born 11/26/09, "Leo" was sired by the famous "Son of Fat Louie" out of Tanglewood "Mint Chip." He will register as Foundation Pure in the American Miniature Jersey Association (AMJA), which means that he is purebred- and rare.

This classy little guy will bring your calf sizes down in a herd of standard size cows, siring calves that can be registered as 1/2 Miniature Jersey. In a purebred herd he will introduce excellent bloodlines. Because of their docile nature, Mini Jerseys are easy to handle. Dad is well-known for his gentle disposition and mom is a real sweetheart. Miniature Jerseys produce 2-3 gallons of high butterfat milk per day and require less acreage and feed than full-sized cattle. For these reasons, they are especially valued as family cows.

A video clip and some pictures of Leo can be found at: triskelionfarm.blogspot.com. Price is $1500, but a 1/2 price deposit will hold him until he is weaned (3 months). Price includes first vaccinations and registration of birth with AMJA. If you have any questions about him, please shoot me an email at: eenkriek@yahoo.com.
