I split up 1 tomato branch and leaves between 6 rabbits and they seemed to love it, then I came in and read that rabbits should not eat tomato or potato leaves.

I have been feeding them a little of everything each afternoon, everything from lettuce, tomato, corn, kale, etc... no diarrhea or any other issue that i can see

Tomatos belong to the nightshade family and none of those should be fed. Glad you got away with it. Be cautious with kale, cabbage and collards. They can cause diarhea if your rabbits aren't used to them. Rabbits love lettuce but there really isn't much nutrition for them in it and the high water content can be a problem.

dandylions are a safe feed. most human foods really high in sugar and not good for buns. ours love steamed rolled oats and fresh grass (no sprays or fertilizer)

Willow is great for rabbits. It has only medium food value as far as protein goes but is high in fiber. I discovered a large woods of mostly willow and cut some fresh once a week. I feed it leaves, twigs and even shoots as big as my thumb. They clean up wood and all overnight. The fiber is great for clearing the hair out of their system and it has a lot of vitamins and minerals.
