Anyone in the VA area breed Goats?

I'm looking for goats to put on my overgrown 4 acres. I do not want to breed! So no bucks! Wethers are fine or any and all girls, but no old goats or ill goats, I want them to live long and healthy lives, not die in a few months from old age or disease.
I have a very tight budget, but willing to work with you on price. I can trade for a babydoll wether lamb, as well.
