You have to know how to cook them. My aunt gave me a bunch once and I boiled them for my dogs. They smelled horrible whie cooking, and the dogs would not touch them! Probably shold have just fed them raw. That experience completely did away with any desire to try them in a restaurant. Of course, I won't eat sushi either.
I like sushi, but it has to be fresh.

We’ve had a glorious day! We went to feed store, left Carson here crying because the girls sat in the back seat. Got feed, protein tubs for sheep and 3 bales of alfalfa. Came home, had brunch, unloaded feed, alfalfa and I took the girls and Carson for a ride to the paved road and back. Carson got his back seat back and the girls rode in the back of the truck.

I set the two tubs for the ewes and they loved them. I let the ewes and lambs out of their pen, out on the field, except for Tiny and her triplets. Here’s a picture of them.

DGD#2 and I sat in a chair, just watching the triplets. Cardinals were flitting about and getting brave enough to come close enough to us to steal a bit of feed from Tiny’s feed. DGD-#3 was out in the field with the ewes, lambs and Buford.

Nova, triplet sister to Tiny and Nora, was out on the field, came running in to the night pen, walked back out, back in, “talking” the whole time. She went in the hoop shelter. Buford went in behind her and came back out.
Uh-huh, Nova is gonna give birth!

I got the chair and the girls and sat in it to watch. Buford wanted to go up to the ewe, but I called him back. We watched a dark lamb slide out and Nova licking it. The lamb tried to get up, falling down and trying again. Pretty soon, another one! DGD#3 exclaimed, It’s backwards! And it was! Back legs and a tail. Hope it’s not dead! Cliffhanger! She stopped pushing to lick the first lamb. I got up and used a paper towel I found in my pocket to wipe its nose. Soon Nova was licking the lamb as it struggled to its feet, looking for milk.

Buford got antsy several times, wanting to go lick the babies, but I told him no. He laid next to the chair, watching intently. He was very good!

I carried the lambs to the pen with Tiny and her babies. We left them there to rest.

The white one is a ram and the chocolate one is a girl!!!! KEEPER!!!
