Thought I’d post some snow storm pictures. LOL
I’m good, it’s cold but not bad. It took 2 rounds of boiling water for the sheep. They are all fine, dogs are good too. I’ll feed this evening and pour boiling water in their water so they can get a drink. A few more days and this will be gone.

News showing a blizzard in New Orleans!!
That's crazy! (But it's crazy that we got a blizzard too) They're getting a serious amount of snow there. Eleven degrees is just no good. We were forecast to get to 15 earlier - but I think they've adjusted that somewhat. I think it'll be closer to 20-ish degrees. I'm quite over it and ready to get back to regular 65 degree January!

Got to 28 but 21 feel like (all day)...busted ice, toted hot water, fed, bottled, etc. Freezing!! In to warm me, take out noon bottles. Check everyone...left heated tubs plugged in! Watch news, check phone reports. Crap!! Went from "poss flurries overnight" to 2"snow overnight 😳. Hook up trailer, call to see if I can pick up load today, not as planned tomorrow. Go get. Back & feed for evening, load all indoor hay racks while they consume outside....haul MORE hot water to thaw refroze water tubs so they fill up for evening. Add more bedding in sheds....feed bottles again. Tarp trailer of hay. Look around. Best it's gonna get. Feed cats. Low teens again tonight.

I'm inside with a glass of wine...trying to decide below.

Wait, what happened to global warming?

The Houston news is giddy with excitement over the approaching snow storm, low temperatures and ice! They make it sound like we will never see sunshine again. Yup, a regular ice age!

I have cut off my water. Inconvenient but better than a busted pipe. I have water drawn up in the house and a big black livestock water tub, full and sitting where sunshine can hit it. It had ice one inch thick on it this morning. It’s cold outside, supposed to be ice and snow tonight. I’m not going anywhere!
OMG! Did you get bread and milk? Did you get it all?

To bad the girls missed the snow.
