I currently volunteer at a farm with three wonderful sheepies (Oreo is my profile pic) What should I bring them as treats?
Great!!!!! Do they actually want your soul or is that just the requirement for them to get the biscuits?Mine will knock you down and steal your soul for peanut butter dog biscuits.

I don't have any peanut butter dog biscuits, but maybe peanut butter apple? If your soul smells anything like peanut butter, they will eat that too. Seriously. I have one sheep that was flighty as all get out and still is, but if I have one of those in my hand she will literally lay her head on my chest to reach for it. It's the only way I can catch her.
I don't have any animal crackers right now but I think I've got some fig newtons- I"ll try it out!Mine get Animal Crackers but not all of them will try them. A friend of ours uses Fig Newtons and they all will fight over those.
We almost definitely have corn! Thanks so much!!Sometimes people bring their kids over to see the sheep. I take squirmy, noisy kids in the sheep lot--and the sheep RUN to get away. I set kids down on a milk crate or in a lawn chair and call SHEEP! SHEEP! SHEEP! and they come running back. I hold out my hand with whole corn in it and they mob me for it. I give whole corn to kids and suddenly they have sheep for best friends. This delights the kids and makes the sheep happy too. So that's how I get my sheep to get friendly immediately with strangers.
These ones have started to figure out that I bring them food in the morning sometimes, but are still kinda wary around me.We almost definitely have corn! Thanks so much!!
