My flemish giant had a smaller litter about 3ish weeks ago. All of the kits have had there eyes open for a few days now and I noticed that a white one has blue eyes. Is this known alot in the flemish giant breed or is this little bunny like one of those BEW bunnies that you see for hundreds of dollars

I seen an add "bunnies for sale" and the BEW ones were a lot more money then the others. Here's some pics.
Hi got 2 white doe's flemish giant after about 7 years of breeding out the other colors. Was going for white and fawn of what I got. Then was surprised to get a blue eyed buck(the doe kept kicking him out, then put him in the water bowl before his eyes were open. )one month before I fell in fall creek myself during spring thaw and almost drowned, being sucked down by under tows.by the grace of God after darkness I survived

.
Anyway I happened to get him out in time and put him in the back of the litter box so it would be harder for her to kick him out. When eyes opened "blue "
I saved him and bread him to his aunt (white sister of his mom)
I got 5 white blue eyed bunnies.

so awesome !
Will continue to perfect this line and blue eyed bunnies.
Disagree with other answers...(started with 2 3/4 flemish giants

the only omittion )

but I don't think it matters that much as with any breed mistake or not, you can repeat the dominant gene's you want and achieve your goals, colors or lack of color

named him Prince charming BTW lol
Call it a new breed if you like, but I love them.
All very healthy. I'll see if they get to the standard size ...but have waiting list for them. Very mellow and we have a special bond

because we both almost drowned. I just praise God for his grace and love
I think $100 is a fair price or more as I've never found one and now I'm hoping to get them on a consistent basis. But mom and aunt have brown eyes, but all kit's have blue eyes.
