Boar hog

I have a large Duroc boar, he is about a year and half old, I loaded him in a horse trailer about a week ago to take him to the stock sale close to where I live, he had been in the trailer for a couple days and when I got him to the sale I could not get him to stand up so I could not unload him and had to bring him back home, I went to the vet and they gave me some meds. for him so I gave him the shots and he still will not stand up, his front legs are fine and he still eats fine. Does anyone have any idea, he walked in the trailer when we loaded him and now this.
