Hi we have 2 NZ does and 1 cali buck and 1 cali doe. We have tried to bread our buck to two of our does already. We thought that it took but nothing happen. What are we doing wrong? We live in Tx near houston so we have very hot summers. We have a fan on during the day and we put out ice bottles for them also. We put the doe in with the buck, they do their thing and take her out. At 28 days we put in nesting box and nothing. We are not sure how to tell if she is prego or not. Can someone please help us. We desperatley want to have some babby bunnies, but not sure what we are doing wrong.

Thank you for any help you can give.

We live in Texas too. This summer had been entirely too hot for breeding. Bucks will experience temporary sterility from the heat. Wait till it cools a bit and you should be fine.
