Bruce I gotta tell you about my latest batch of eggnog. I used Amaretto instead of bourbon and didn’t add any sugar until I mixed the egg yolks with the Amaretto. I taste tested, then added 1/4 cup of sugar.
The eggnog was amazing! Best I ever made! You have to try this!

I bet it is great. Amaretto is what DW's sister puts in her eggnog instead of rum which is what Janet likes.

Lactose intolerant? What a shame. Find a small dairy farmer with Jersey or Guernsey A2 milk.

Goat milk is A2A2. Plus naturally homogenized, has lactase enzymes and small fat globules.

Heather the goat lady sells milk and meat ... and soap and chicken eggs and has a mobile chicken processing business. She stopped coming to the farmer's market after she and her husband split (my guess is she is in her early 30's) and couldn't exactly leave the two young girls home alone. She does come to town (lives about 20 miles out, literally on the US side of the Canadian border. The only building on the road past her place is the border crossing) but I don't know that I want to drive the 15 miles round trip for a quart or 2 of goat milk when I have no other reason to go to town. I don't know if I had a problem with it or not. I was going to try again after cutting out a lot of other things but she stopped coming to the market.

I can, and do, drink Lactaid milk. But you can't make Mama Wall's without the cream!

And Oh, HELL NO on fake plant "milk" Not going to eat fake "plant cheese" either. Or "meat" made in a laboratory, I want my meat to have had a good life
