Earlier today I was getting my sheep some more water. Saince it is December in the berkshires the pipes going outside to provide water using an old auto waterer that my grandpa used for his cows froze I have to get water from my sink in my kitchen and walk all the way back to my sheep pen. After I filled the other bucket using the one I had filled I started to walk back to my house. Now the sheep always love to investigate the empty bucket but this time my sheep tiny the sensitive one who is scared of everything and the only one with horns stuck his head in the bucket and quickly retracted his head. The bucket got stuck on his head and he freaked out. I was screaming for my mom but she did not hear me. Eventually I was able to get the bucket off his hon head and I only came out with a few bruises. After that trauma they all decided to go to bed. I don’t know if they will ever make that mistake again.

Yes, they will make that mistake again. 😖😄

Winter, frozen pipes, hoses and the water tubs full are all a part of the wonders of livestock. Not fun. At least you only have 3. Way easier than 30 to tote water to.
