BYH 2012 Calendar - Pre-Order Available

I don't have a Pay-Pal account or a Credit Card.....I've never wanted either....:/ Can I send a money order to purchase 5 calendars and have them sent to me along with my free one? If so....Is this the address? I see that it's the Backyard Chicken store and not Backyard Herd......is that correct and how much would shipping be to Northern Michigan? They are supposed to be delivered here today. However, we got a ton of snow last night, so it might be a day later.
I plan to be packing calendars up late this afternoon til I am done so I can haul them all off to the PO tomorrow morning.
