Can someone diagnose this bald, raised spot?

Yes - she was given a shot, but I didn't see where. Let's assume, if a shot will cause a bump like this, that's what it is. Do I need to worry or will it simply go away on it's own?

if it was from a shot it will likely go down on its own, I would still put some iodine and poly on it. If she isn't acting off she likely isn't
