Can Stall Dry be composted?

So I've read on here how people sprinkle Stall-dry or Sweet PDZ or Barn lime in their bedding to help absorb the ammonia, but can the bedding and manure be composted and put in the garden? Will it change the ph of my soil enough that I have to add something else to keep it balanced?

And how much would you use in.. oh say a 8'x10' area with bedding of straw and shavings mixed?

I only know about Sweet PDZ. I have been on the Sweet PDZ web site. I use this for my chicks in the brooder inside my house and the pigs outside. The website says that this is an all natural product from the earth. It says that it is able to be composted or put on the garden. It also says that chickens can use as grit.

I use both...prefer sweet pdz but it's not always available when I need it. I compost it and have not had any problems.
