Can you recommend a solar powered electric fence?

We can't afford to fence the property properly right now but we are having serious neighbor dog issues. They are known to kill sheep and they are not contained on their own property. They keep coming over to ours! Its really frightening for me because I have chickens and 3 dogs. If these 2 other dogs come over and fight with my dogs or kill my animals, I will shoot the dog. I have my .45 handy just in case. I called the sheriff today and Drew will be talking with the owners of the dogs this evening.

Anyway...what brand of fence would you recommend? its not a very large space we need to fill, about 300 feet but I want it to work and work good to keep those dangerous dogs out of my yard.

I use 2 of these: http://www.premier1supplies.com/detail.php?prod_id=87730&cat_id=53 I like working with it because it has posts every 6 feet instead of 11 or 12. I also have about 100 feet of a "sheep" netting and hate it. I do not think it would keep vicious dogs out the dogs we have are pretty wimpy or stupid though and they don't try to get in. I still pen up the sheep every night so coyotes do not get them.

Good Luck

I forgot to add :http://www.premier1supplies.com/detail.php?prod_id=51617&cat_id=171 this is the charger we use and it shuts off for some reason. They tell me it gets too much sun in S Calif so I keep it in indirect sun and it works fine. We are trying a different brand of solar charger system for the cattle fence but it is sitting on the dining room table right now waiting to move up on the priority list.
