So now I'm wondering..... if I air them up as much as possible & then coat them in this really fast before they go flat.....I have one like this

The wheels didn't make it past the first year. Can anyone suggest a way to seal up dry rotted wheels???? Or is simply replacing them my only choice?
I'm afraid that they're going to be some special engineered crap that any'ol wheel from T.S. won't fit on.
Edited to add: I tried FIX A FLAT & just made a big mess
