I woke up at 2am and didn't feel so good . I couldn't go back to sleep so I got up and went out to see the baby goats that were born about a week ago. Who was outside all alone in the cold , my poor Choula had her baby outside. mean sister goat wouldn't let her in the barn I guess. Luckily I got him inside looked him over and got her to the kidding pen with a heat lamp on both her and baby. I knew last night she looked close but holy crap that was quick.
she had a single buckling, he's huge he is I think even taller than the biggest week old boy I have!! she is doing great with him and I am hoping to keep milking her a little for the only bottle baby I have so far. Shes a little thinner than I like
heres the new baby boy !!!!

I wondered why the picture I took is so blurry, kids had been playing with my camera.lol. He was outside this morning. I couldn't believe she had him out. Then she kept calling him to come outside as he was laying down becasue he was soo tired, I put him in his crate to warm him back up.. Bad momma, I keep tellin her he's fine but he needs to rest. I can't wait for everyones baby photos. This is sooo much fun, but STRESSFUL. new Picture is him and my other buck.
