Long night. Even being an hour shorter it was a long night. The ranch dogs would bark so Boone would go check it out. Sometimes he would also bark, but usually he would come back, jump in bed and ahwoooo about what ninnies they are. He did go out and threaten some coyotes during the night and had to wake me up and tell me about that too.

And I like it for just that -- another my hr of light after work & before going inside. just hate the switch part.

Been a pretty nice day... sunny and warmer, upper 50's, not much breeze... and DS not available to help finish the basics on the poultry pen... he texted earlier and is not feeling well... said he was going to lay down for awhile... but there is a new set of twin bull calves this morning.. she has a good sized udder... hope they both got colostrum and nursed... he said she was talking to both... he saw one nurse... guess he will go back to check on them later...
Came in to eat a sandwich... going back out to see about taking apart that "box #1" of the actual coop/run combo and see what is what...
