Pick meat off bones and return to broth. Then you can make what my grand daughters call Mean Rooster Soup
or you could make a pot of chicken and dumplings. I like to make chicken mole' (MO-lay) over rice. Depending on his age, the dark meat can be almost a dark as a Hershey bar. It's delicious revenge!
