Happy Holidays everyone! The gal above has two sisters just as big. So far we’ve had seven lambs, five PDS and two Rackas. The Racka with the mask is a ewe. The other is a couple of hours old, I don’t know gender yet. Why the mix? There was a little gate open incident. We will have similar weather to Baymule. I tidied up outside this morning, got the bottle lamb supplies out and clean Ready for the storms that might happen tonight. Any lambs born get Christmas themed names. Don’t know what to call masked Racka since she’s a she.

A fine Christmas eve dinner was served, with a lovely alfalfa salad. They're finishing now. Dark soon, I'm in for the night. The mom and babe will get out for a while tomorrow. Been so windy cold until today, they stayed stalled for 3 days. Baby nursing both sides - yah! Been handling her each day looks like another will kid within the week. Huge, at least twins. Good, playmates are nice.

Same as Anatolian Shepherd. Separate registries here but same breed in country of origin.

Storming here to beat the band! Power is off, powerline truck just came down my driveway, then went to the 30 acres next door. Started pouring at 8last night. Maybe I can go back to sleep.

A second truck showed up. Both were spotlighting the power lines. I guess they didn’t spot a break or tree on the lines. They are both gone now. Merry Christmas to those guys! Still pouring rain.

I went back to sleep, up at 6:20, power is on, not raining. I have first cup of coffee. I’ll go out at daylight, feed Spot his bottle, dump water out of feed pans and troughs and feed. Then inside, change clothes and go to sisters for Christmas.
