I have a corning ware one and a metal camp stove one. Old things can be handy. Just hope I won't need to use the old scrub board for laundry any time soon.

I stocked up on Folgers Black Silk and one other variety. I like the silk one too. I have enough for a year now. Hubs thinks its cheap, but we no longer can afford fancy smanchy Peets or Sbucks.

Never tried Peet's, but I don't like Starbucks. Their beans are over roasted, taste burnt to me.

Weather Update:

When they say it's going to be -30 to -40 degrees and highs are below zero then it's an artic blast or whatever sensationalized word they want to put it. This is mild for what winter can be at -15°F for lows only for a day.

Up at 3:30. Going to go get feed this morning. Don’t have enough to make the week and if we get snow and ice, I’m not driving on it. My metal trash cans are not all empty, so will only get 700 pounds. Been feeding more, due to freezing weather and lots of moms nursing lambs.

Happy Saturday! Coffee is good this morning. I've been catching up on work from yesterday.

Been dropping 75 lbs of feed a day for the pigs to keep up. Found a good supply of feed for them, same place as last time.
I guess these people I get feed from are Amish or Mennonite, I don't know the difference, they do have electricity and run machinery so I guess Mennonite? Anywho something about me gave them the impression I was a heavy duty mechanic and they asked about it. Spent hours there, had I not had to rush back to where I'm turning wrenches at I could of churned an invoice or two out.
Only 9°F this morning which is the high for the day, down to below zero we go.
