Coffee anyone ?

Woke up at 4am ish, cramps in both my feet, ow. I did 3 hours of standing while sorting yesterday, and that probably aggravated the arthritis in my feet.

So...I got the jar of DMSO, barely dipped my finger in it, rubbed it lightly all over my feet. I put on socks, went back to bed, noting that the cramps had subsided some. Woke up about 7, NO pain in my feet. It works for me.

I had coffee and a two (bantam) egg omelette for breakfast.

Church was good, and at choir rehearsal afterwards we had 7 women show up for practice, yes! (we usually have 3-4)

Weather was damp, spitting rain, and cold. Once I got home I decided that the hoop coop would be okay without my attention today.

Whew! Gonna be midnight coffee for me tonight!! The machine seems to be determined to throw every kind of issue it can come up with.
It's been SUPER SLOW over the past week or so, but tonight has already been full of lots of 'learning opportunities' for my trainee.
He's not thrilled, but since his final test is coming up fast, I'm just letting him figure it out (offering help when he's really stuck.... ).
If this keeps up, tonight is going to fly by.

Yesterday was beautiful weather but after church I had no ambition. I watched a movie.
This morning I need to run sheep through the chute, sort some, worm some. Then I’ll salvage lumber out of my scrap pile and start on the hoop coop frame.

I did NOT sleep thru...seems my internal self has a 3am alarm set. I need to find the off switch. But I did about 15 min of solitaire in a dark bed and eyes were ready to close...slept until 7:30 . Maybe do solitaire when I first go to bed some people read.

Otherwise, day is going as usual! Plans to do whatever comes up first that needs me

Watched a tube about a big Boer goats farm & noticed it was operated like the contained dairies...not on pastures, housed. That's control but also, a lot of buildings!! They had a couple HUGE old cattle barns on the property as they once raised them. Got older, went to smaller animals. Good ideas, so nice watch.

Fell asleep early, forgot to turn off light, slept mostly through, don't recall the time when I got up to use the facilities.

I'm doing my annual training for work, all online. I'm NOT clinical, I never see a patient, so why do I have to take blood-borne pathogens training?
