Now this is the weather I was hoping to "at least" get. Would rather the -40°F, but hey beggars can't be choosers. They are all down in their rolling schit houses hating life stuck indoors, maybe get lucky and the crazy woman kicks her boy toy out by spring like she use to do every year. Second year with current one and I think it's cause he has the money.

Up and at it but, slept well. Did solitaire at going to, in bed. The sameness seems to take brain from "to do" into flat line mode. Too early to be sure but will repeat. 🙂 Bottles ready to go, chores to do and then to work. Tomorrow same. Friday get goats corraled, trailer set up, for Sat "load & go" to auction.

Coffee welcome 🤗 done until mug to go. 🤣Eggs seem to be only need on TV. Tariffs & Gaza picking up. Guess I can sum up news in 2 sentences. :old :ep:lol:

Ugh. Dead ewe this morning. Wedged her head in the bars of a hay feeder with “the ingenuity of the suicidal” quoting Gene Logsdon. Her lamb is old enough to wean thankfully. Caddo went on a four hour walkabout. I saw him periodically but he was gone by the time I could reach him. He’s grounded. Moses is doing well. He’s steering clear of the lambs. The Racka lambs are growing fast. Horns are just starting and appear to be substantial and wide set. I’ve been looking for other Rackas but no luck. No luck with shearers either. Hubbs and I will just have to roll up our sleeves. I have a great deal of respect for people who processed wool before electric shears.
