I love that quote! 🩵
I'm going to add that to the little mantra in my head.
"Don't put it down, put it away. Wipe it today or scrub it tomorrow. "

Anybody have any others?
I can make a little needlepoint sampler!
My grandma used to say "Do you answer every dog that barks in the night?" Basically, not every comment requires a reply from you.

She also said "Consider the source". More people should think about that one.

Yeah - schedule/plan for the earlier date - you can always switch to later if need be.

Having coffee & OTC meds (pain/inflammation)for this mistreated right arm with "bicep tendonitis" :thgeesh. It's achy with sharper pains if used -- a not so gentle reminder to stop. It will be fine if I rest it a couple weeks. That's an eternity!! Would be easier to handle if left side. I'm right handed.

Just thinking through my routines and solutions. Need more coffee and my tube of aspercream 😋 adjust jobs for a couple days 🙄🤔 crap! I don't do being limited very well.

Good frosty morning!

It's a bit chilly to work on the hoop coop, so I am puttering around the house this morning.

My body did not appreciate my outside work yesterday, and I woke up about 1am with an inner thigh (adductor magnus) cramp starting. It wasn't as bad as in the past when the pain was so severe that it caused me to break out in a cold sweat, so I was able to carefully hobble to where the DMSO was. I rubbed some in, both thighs, and waited about 5 minutes before heading back to bed.

The cramps stopped. Totally. And I slept fine the rest of the night.

Anecdotal, I know.

Those little (2"x3") solanpas patches have been a life saver for me. Very rapid relief of pains. I'm still using the DMSO 2x daily to try & help heal several ongoing issues, but in the mean time those are convenient to just stick on & ease it of for a few hours.
@peteyfoozer I get terrible nighttime leg cramps too! So bad that I'd be in tears for an hour waiting for something to ease it. I keep a pack of pain patches next to the bed. When an attack hits, I slap a couple of patches on & can be back asleep in minutes.
