Coffee is ready. I slept until 6:00!! I’ve kinda taken it easy this week. I’ve done something every day, but not a breakneck speed, cramming all I can into the day, and NO chickens! Chickens will start back up next week, until I’m done.

I walked over to the barn yesterday I opened the doors to find it almost sparkly clean. I keep a clean barn, but I didn't expect my ranch sitter to do the same. WOW, I am so impressed.
Back to the regular things - finally. It's good to be home without future things looming over me. Time to think and do garden, sheep stuff, I'd go grazing - and may well do with just Zo. Obi lost 3 lbs -- between us being gone, and mostly Ree being in season (typical) he went on a bit of a food strike. Need to get some lbs on the boy.

A very steady 15mph wind out there. It's annoying. Things blowing around from ??? Can't get much done -- sure can't hang things on clothesline 
we've had windy all week & no let up coming, it seems.
I've spent hours trying to to find a new starter for my tractor, online. So there's TWO part numbers on it. None on line come up alike. Dealer has a 3rd#, replacement (?), and a $747. Price
. The brand has an outlet about 50 miles, primarily for car units. Calling them today, hoping for a unit find. Most 12v have 9-10 splines, this one 15. I'm so 
. Yeah, rebuild is a consideration....find a shop harder. But may only run $350...may is key here, plus 2 wks time.

ScaredUp till 2am with Dominic then had a super scary low at school. His BG got down to 42mg/dl. 
He’s only been that low a couple of times and he turns into zombie boy.

Soooo...the shop for the brand is closed up -- gone! Starter is at rebuild shop in Ahoskie ... 40 miles. $$$?? 200-350 most likely. Geesh. Still better than new replacement which they wanted pd up front to order, no return.
