3 AM, but didn’t get up, so 4 AM club. A wonderful good morning to everyone. Coffee is sooo good.

Yeah, I was at the club meeting -- flipped over and 
until 7. Very nice. But my "free" night breeze AC has the house at 66 
that's almost my winter temps. Brrrrrr -- dressed fast! Hot coffee please. They say 80* today, so it'll be fine.
Only 2 more days of work this week. I'm pushing it
There have been some crazy resets. When those shelves are overstocked it's a job to do.
There's the SSA officials screaming our checks are in jeopardy of being late due to all the various DOGE cuts. All I can say is don't mess with old folks $$$. Talk about an uproar of attacks -- they'll beat you to smithereens with their canes!!

More rain and more rain, the road is fked 9 ways from Sunday and the last time they ran a grader over it was back in February and that was just in spots. To get out of my truck I have to roll out cause my back hurts so bad when attempting to stand. Something needs to give, I'm at a breaking point.
The last rig I pulled an engine on and straightened the frame on amongst other things rolled out, which means no reason to be there 5 plus days a week. Yeah there is tons of other projects, but damn.
My problem is I already can make more per an hour about 5 times, so why should I waste me time here.
Inconsistency with consistency and consistency with inconsistency mantra there. Some projects they want perfection, some don't, good luck in figuring out what they want that day. I prefer perfection.

@Weldman , you don't normally get all this rain do you? Seems like I was under the impression that is was more dry there than wet? We are supposed to get some rain/showers/t-storms here in the next couple days... we could use it..

I'm thinking it should be snow instead of rain is the ordeal going here. When I say rain it's less than a inch, combined with clay soil and the water stays on the surface longer than usual.
Yeah I'm hitting the brakes, I actually didn't say schit this last Tuesday and flat out didn't show up. They didn't say anything to me yesterday, but yes time to be only 2 or 3 days a week. Not my fault they can't find a replacement in the past 3 months.

constantly interrupted sleep yet constantly sleeping, aching joints, zero motivation - even for things I used to have passion for, weight gain (sleeping all the time doesn't use many calories)...Someone recently suggested I look into HRT.
So this morning's 3AM coffee musings will be a bit of digging into OTC HRT. (My Dr phobia makes Rx versions out of the question).
The coffee is hot, the wifi is on, feel free to help yourself.
Bonus points if you get the reference in this gif!

For many, melatonin helps you sleep thru...better sleep at a stretch. The interruptions are robbing your body rest, so you feel awful. Then, ibuprofen for the aches & inflammation. If you're having menopausal issues, hot flashes....soy may help with estrogen. The estrogen decline is a real issue for women. 
Hot tea this morning. I'll get out to check on goats -- did she kid? -- and chicken, is she alive? Then get ready for work. Rain most of tomorrow, they are saying. Hmmmm

A hatched gosling woke me up before the alarm. Supposed to be just "morning" showers, but I know where that goes, high of mid 50's today. After that it will be high mid 70's. Very warm this time of the year.

Got 1 1/4” of rain last night, that’s 4 1/4” since Sunday. Foggy white out, wet and muddy.
