When breeding a brindle colored cow, how will you determine what color the calf will be? What info is avaliable about color genetics? Isn't there some colors that are dominate?

Thanks for the links! I am considering getting a trio of Mini Jerseys where the bull is pure Mini (fawn colored) and the girls are brindle "small" jerseys. Before I get into a load of trouble for breeding "non-heritage" mini-jerseys, I will be keeping this stock for private use.

Not likely you will get in trouble around here. There has been Mini Jersey discussion here. No reason you can't sell them. I think what gets people going is when people are not honest about the lineage.
