You might consider adding a little to those prices. The oils, soaps & cloths alone will eat that up, especially on a saddle! Then, consider those that come in after sitting for years to have the "magic wand" happen. 😁 They will need more.

Heck yeah, reasonable pricing.

I don't want to up the pricing because while I know how to do this I am just starting out.

If you under price yourself, it might hurt you also. I would use this as a basis for average condition leather... I would definitely charge more for stuff that has sat around and gotten alot of mold and hardened.
yeah but all the products I use in total cost 15$ and I really enjoy doing it, its satisfying to see the end product

I just cleaned up a bunch of leather saddles for the first time before I sold them and I found it quite therapeutic, does anybody do this as a side hustle or just for fun or even as a career? Are there any tips or tricks on it?
There is this shop in my town eagle boot co. They repair anything leather.

I have about 100,000,000 leather restoring kits in my bedroom. I also have step by step directions. My great grandpa was I to that stuff. My mom built pairs of shoes then she was pregnant with me because that is what her grandpa taught her to do in hard situations.
