Dog with bump on eyelid.

I’m not sure this is the right place to post, but thought I’d give it a try. Our dog developed this bump on her eyelid about six months ago, and I just figured that she’s getting old (9 years) and thought maybe it’s a tumor or something. Anyways, I was doing some research, and was wondering if it could be some sort of clogged gland? Does anyone have experience with this?
