Love love love all the pics. Such an amazing guy. How old was he?
Ten crowding eleven. He lived with sheep nearly all his life but there were times I needed him at the house or brought him in because he hadn’t blown his coat or just looked hot. All my dogs get breaks. It may be a mistake but if a dog wants a break he gets one. I’ll frog march them back to the sheep but that’s been very rare.

Not a mistake to let the dogs have a break. My husband used to feed them all inside. He mixed up their food and I let them out of the pasture. They ran to the house, then took a nap after eating. Now there is a division between Carson and the Anatolians, can’t mix them up.

So if your dogs want to come in and hang out for awhile, there is nothing wrong with that.
