Fencing advice and price guidance

I saw this today and got a little excited but I need help here. We have a fence and the part that our goats are currently in has bumper boards but I would LOVE to be able to add in hotwire in the other part of our yard so they can brows a larger area.

This sales ad says it has the materials available to do 2 acres in high tensile wire. What do you all think? Good price? Is this material a nice one or should I hold out and get something else if we want hotwire?

I would find out apprixmate length of wire....if its only enough for 1-2 strands ....maybe not but 4-6 strands that would be a good price...also check the gage of the wire...330' of high tensile wire was going at $130 this fall (that's the stuff we put up and we are happy with)
