fiber newbie lots of questions

hello!
i'm 90% sure that i'm about to buy a few angora goats.
*does anyone on here use raw mohair?
*how do i process it? i would like to learn the whole routine. shearing, washing, carding, spinning, making items.
*if anyone here gets raw mohair how do you wash it?
*where can i get cards for carding?
*how much is a spinning wheel? new? antique fixer-upper?
any tips or suggestions are welcome!

Good Questions Sorry I can't help in answering them... :/ but I'll be watching for the answers. I've thought of getting some angora goats myself, they're beautiful. Although as a breeding buck would do the whole pee-thing & stink, I'm not sure the buck's fiber would be as usable? The smell would be horrible I'd imagine.? Good Luck on your new venture!!
