I found this recipe for a Goat Cheese Torte.
It has a layer of Basil Pesto and a layer of Sun Dried Tomatoes.
I decorated it with three types of Basil and Garlic Chive flowers.

Here is a slice on a toasted piece of French Bread.

And just like Lydia Bastianich, "Let me taste it for you."
It turned out really nice, not at all "goatie" tasting!

Let me see if I can post it in here.... It has the cheese making recipe and the torte recipe..
Hmm, I didn't save it off from the website. Let me see if I can find the link again.

Ok I found it!!

But I would use less salt than the 1 1/2 TBS it says to use. I thought it was too salty.
so I didn't put any salt in the Pesto or Sun Dried tomatoes.
